The WINTER STORM WARNING will officially expire at 6 PM - Here's the latest radar image as of 5:18 p.m. showing the snow has come to and end.


SO HOW MUCH SNOW DID WE GET?

Totals we've seen:

Albion, Fairfield and McLeansboro - 13 inches Mt. Carmel - 12.5 inches Carmi - 12 inches Olney - 11.5 inches

Sumner - 11 inches

Flora - 10 inches Bridgeport - 9.8 inches


Here's what the National Weather Service was reporting as as 3 p.m.


DO NOT TRAVEL UNLESS YOU HAVE TO!

The snow has led to snow covered roadways - blowing snow has been a concern. Crews on all levels continue to work on clearing the roads. Many roads are still impassable.

An additional inch of accumulatio can't be ruled out.


An EXTREME COLD WARNING continues until 10 a.m. Tuesday. Dangerously cold wind chills as -10 to -19 degrees will be possible. Here's our forecast low temperature map for tonight into Monday morning - showing lows in the single digits below zero...
