Mt. Carmel Mayor Joe Judge says residents should conserve water due to significant damage to the city's water wells... One of the city's wells is now back in service - however residents are still asked not to fill pools, water lawns or otherwise consume lots of water...
Mt. Carmel Public Utility Company says south side residents should prepare to be without power into the night... the Rochester area will likely be out until tomorrow... and residents on Keneipp Lane will also likely be out until tomorrow...
Residents are still urged to stay away from areas where there is damage so not to interfere with working crews... Also report any damaged utility poles or downed lines to MCPU at 618-262-5151...
